products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

HEALTH & WELLNESS DATA NOTICE
Our products are general wellness devices, not medical devices, and we do not knowingly collect medical or
diagnostic information through our website. Any wellness-related data measured by the device itself is processed
on your device and/or the companion app in accordance with the app’s own privacy terms. We are not a HIPAA-
covered entity, and HIPAA does not apply to consumer wellness data. However, where applicable law (such as the
Washington My Health My Data Act) treats certain data as “consumer health data,
” we handle such data in
accordance with those laws and will obtain consent where required.
