Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at myRescueBand. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During periods of high demand or promotions, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. [If you ship internationally, list countries and note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.]

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

myRescueBand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, where applicable. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Applicable U.S. sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Damages

myRescueBand is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, and also contact us at myrescuebandsupport@gmail.com so we can assist.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

myRescueBand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
