Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from myRescueBand. This policy explains our voluntary return and refund process. Please note that in the United States there is no general federal "cooling-off" or mandatory return period for online purchases — the terms below are the return rights we voluntarily offer our customers.
1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at myrescuebandsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have been used extensively beyond inspection, items not in their original condition, items damaged through no fault of ours, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Warranty
Our products may include a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at myrescuebandsupport@gmail.com. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
